I am looking for a way to buy a house I have found that meets my needs. I am disabled and my yearly income is $8832. I need 0 down and 0 closing costs. I can afford to pay $200 a month. The house I am wanting is a 3bdrm on 2 lots for only $27,500. It is well worth asking price. I believe it will appraise for more than the asking price.
